What do you practice for?
The offering here is a steady, simple, meditative vinyasa practice with breathwork and meditation - influenced by my own ongoing practice and knowledge of the Jivamukti, Iyengar and Ashtanga approaches to postural alignment and pranayama. I support and respect diversity and the importance of adapting practices to our individual natures.
We are not on a linear path. I am forever learning from my own teachers - Mick Barnes, Maxine Barratt, Richard Rosen, Emi Tull; and from the dedicated, insightful students who keep me to my practice.
