CLASS SCHEDULE

In-Person Classes​

I currently teach yoga and guide mindfulness part-time as I am training to become a counsellor.

I teach at The Light Centre alongside corporate, charity and one-to-one classes during the week. Please contact me if you are interested in classes for your organisation or privately.

 

I will be considering future weekend classes for summer in the park in 2026 and a regular mindfulness session online; watch this space and instagram, or get in touch for updates.

Yoga Mat and Straps

MY CLASSES

YOGA AND MEDITATION

Light Centre Monument, Mondays 6-7pm. Book through the centre.

Sixty minutes.
A mindful focus, foundational asanas and simple transitioning to allow you to generate a meditational practice. We practice Pranayama or Seated meditation after Savasana.

PRIVATE CLASSES

One to one classes in your home or a booked studio space. Contact me to discuss how yoga can be explored in more depth with supportive adjustments, tailored practices, and dedication to an ongoing expansion and development of your unique practice.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Currently I offer mindfulness sessions through charities and other organisations. I will update this page as and when I start new regular community mindfulness classes.

STRONG & SIMPLE ASANA SEQUENCE

Online yoga - Currently I am not offering group classes online for general access, however I do run corporate classes hybrid (in person and online) which may be open to additional online attendance - please contact me if you are interested. 

CORPORATE, ONE-TO-ONE AND BESPOKE CLASSES

I can offer private (one-to-one) classes and bespoke classes for corporate staff groups in person or online via Zoom.
