ALIGNMENT AND FLOW

Travel Still Yoga Live Online - Sundays 10:00 -11:15 am

Seventy-five minutes.
A mindful focus, foundational asanas and simple transitioning to allow you to generate a meditational practice. Pranayama. Savasana.

STRONG & SIMPLE ASANA SEQUENCE

Travel Still Yoga Live Online - Thursdays 5:30-6:45 pm

Seventy-five minutes.
A regular sequence to repeat: woven from a sequence taught to me by my teacher, and derived from the Ashtanga primary series. Repetition, with small variations... we also practice based on your practice.

SLOW FLOW

Light Centre Online Mondays 7:30-8:15am.
In person (Monument studio) and Streamed Online - Wednesdays 5:30 -6:30pm.
In person (Marylebone studio) and Streamed Online Fridays 7:30-8:15 am.

Forty-five or Sixty minutes. 

Slow, steady paced vinyasa to welcome breath into movement, space into thoughts. Guided drishti. Savasana.

MEDITATION AND BREATH

Travel Still Yoga Live Online - Wednesdays 8:00 - 8:20am

Fifteen minutes.
Guided gentle breathing exercises, mindfulness inspired meditations.

CORPORATE, ONE-TO-ONE AND BESPOKE CLASSES

Whilst we remain in isolation in order to reduce the spread of the corona virus/Covid-19, I can still offer you private (one-to-one) classes and bespoke classes for corporate staff groups online via Zoom. Please contact me for more information.
